- Ticket holders will automatically be transferred to the new date once confirmed.
- We will notify all ticket holders via email and website updates as soon as a new date is announced.
3. No Refund Policy (Licence Related)
- In the event that the festival is postponed due to licensing issues, tickets will not be refunded but instead held and honoured for the rescheduled event.
- This policy allows the event team to manage unavoidable changes while protecting the future of the event.
4. Ticket Holder Responsibility

- The event will be postponed, not cancelled.
- Tickets will roll over to the new date automatically.
- No refunds will be issued in this scenario.
